Great weather in San Diego, CA!

Click the "weather where we are" above to see how good it is.

We have been here 3 days, will move tomorrow to a different RV Park, but stay in the area until next Tuesday.

On the way here from Phoenix we stopped at Borrego Springs, CA to look at metal sculptures I had read about.  Desert Sculptures is a web site that shows a lot of pictures.  Many of them are sculptures that I did not see.

I walked out and took some close pictures of some of them, but these sculptures are spread out over several hundred acres, and as I recall, it was 104 degrees as I took these pictures.
Phyllis remained in the Ford in front of the Air Conditioner.

We went down to Coronodo (about 24 miles) yesterday and rode about 9 miles on a bike path a few hundred feet from the ocean.  There was a 4 lane road and the beach between us and the water.

Straight ahead of us is the Coronado Hotel.

We watched some navy guys, seals we think, coming out of the water, and another group just coming out of the base heading up the street, presumably to head over to the water.

Will put up more photos later, Lynn
