More of our 50th Wedding Anniversary trip photos

Ken & Cathy West's place at Lake, Michigan.

Ken-Cathy's cat thought I was a rubbing post.

A duck family going by West's place, heading for the lake.

Sign on wall at Harold & Imogene Williams place with some advice..................

Harold Williams  bidding us adeau.

Imogene Williams telling Phyllis goodby.

Plaque on wall at youngest granddaughter Emily's place in Ottumwa, Iowa...................

Bill Oberholzer getting ready to fix pancake and eggs for breakfast at their place near Boone, IA.

Bill expertly applying pancake mix to the griddle. That man was a cook in restaurant one time in his previous life.

Stopping at Ila Mae Newell's place near Calendar, Iowa.

Farm house where Ila Mae has lived for many years.

Betty Schneider on left and her sister Ila Mae Newell on the right.

The bushes had grown, especially on the west side of our house in Clarinda, Iowa.

That one trimmed, several more to go.

Hedge across back yard, just in front of the railroad right of way cut, had grown.  This is looking west with much of it cut back.

Looking east; haven't gotten to the east end yet.

Just getting used to waking up in such a large bedroom and walking some distance to the bathroom.  Was quite used to the space in the trailer and this is an adjustment.  Airing out the basement and deciding what we need to take with us, or leave here, in a few weeks when we head to La Feria, Texas in our Cold Avoidance Program.
More later, Lynn
