Yes, it is cold here, too, in the South

La Feria, TX - 54º clear, windy.   Was 31.8º this morning at our house, frost on a few car windows.  To be 61º later this afternoon.
On Monday we went to stretching exercise and then took several friends with us to the gathering at Gatti's Pizza for rolls, bingo and pizza.  Probably 35 or so from our park participated.  Didn't win anything at bingo, but had good food and conversation.
Pam catching some pictures for her blog.

Coffee, rolls, and bingo cards

Darlene verifying Ila Mae Newell's win while sister Betty Schneider looks on (both from Iowa)  Full-timers Harold & Pam Pattan are at left, Bobbi & Bob Raab (from Minnesota) with backs to camera.
In the afternoon I took down the vent hood over the kitchen range and cleaned it up and removed broken base of light bulb and put it back together.  We drove into Harlingen again and went to bicycle store and a quilt supply store.  In the evening we had Bob & Bobbi and Lyle & Doris over for pegs & jokers and a light lunch.
