La Feria, TX - 42º right now with stiff north wind 15mph with gusts to 20mph. Just dumped .6" of rain from my rain gauge. It had rained continuously for last day. When first looked at thermometer shortly after 7 am this morning it was 38º. Weather people on TV are saying might have frost tonight.
Went down to stretching exercises this morning (they started this Monday) and Phyllis had to walk because of flat tire on her trike. Will get that fixed either with new tube or patching. Have put in 2 new tubes as patches haven't held -- maybe old patches/glue, etc.
Got my internal antenna for the cell phone aligned and wires strung and the booster unit mounted on wall with some of the wires out of the way. Will get to a hardware store and get some small staples to get them in proper place.
Phyllis is working down at hall with the Care & Share (Sewing) ladies, getting things somewhat organized so they can work on quilts in coming weeks.
