No trouble with Mosquitoes now

La Feria, TX 39º at 12 noon.  No the mosquitoes aren't too bad.  Couple days ago they were loading up with blood, guess getting ready for this cold spell.

To be cold and wet for next several days.  As we were riding our trikes last evening after the Pot Luck supper at the Rec Hall we saw a couple hooking up their trailer.  Stopped to see if they needed help, thinking they had an emergency call and had to quickly leave--it was dark at the time.  They said no, they were planning on spending a month in Florida sometime this winter and decided with this cold spell coming now was the time.  They pulled out early this morning heading for Florida.  It has been warmer there, but think Florida is having some cool weather now, also.

Went with Bill Winslow yesterday as he delivered granddaughter Courtney to the plane to return to Michigan.  Bill's wife Darlene went with her as she had found out just Monday that her older sister had died back in Michigan and Darlene wanted to be with family and for funeral.  She will return next Monday.

Well, the furnace is churning and the electric bill increasing (our mobile home is all-electric).
Will help move the stuff back from sewing session at the Rec Hall to the little storage shed at 3 and then go to Meet & Greet at 4.  This time they are combining Bean Bag Baseball with it.

Couple of photos of the little shop area I have in the storage portion of our "Texas Room".

Later, Lynn
