Was 21 degrees (a surprise - forecast I was looking at showed 30 to be low, but discovered that was a Santa Fe station lower in elevation) when got up, but 46 degrees now at 8:35 MT.
On the way to Santa Fe we stopped in Las Vegas. Had a nice visit with the information lady and a good lunch downtown. Didn't know there was a Las Vegas, NM.
We spent all of yesterday in Santa Fe, did city tour on a tram, and walked a lot of downtown. I had a stuffed Poblano Pepper for lunch - delicious, think it is a local specialty. We did spend some time in the Railroad area where they have made shops in many old railroad buildings.
I am having trouble getting any photos to upload, so will sign off and write more this evening when we set up in Albuquerque.
