Grand Prairie, Texas at Trader Village

Saturday evening.  Been busy couple days.  Have World Series on as I start this at 9:44 pm.
Yesterday morning we drove to Dallas and spent time in the Texas School Book Depository   Click on that to go to web site.  A bit tired - will write more tomorrow.  We did city tour on the Dallas Trolly yesterday after the Texas School Book Depository museum.  Today we drove to Frisco, Texas (about 30 miles north of here) and spent much of the day with Frank Luther who lives there and also has a house in Clarinda.  We all had lunch and then drove over to a childhood friend of Phyllis' Nancy Hughes Carver who was visiting her kids and Grand kids in nearby Carrollton, TX.  Back to the trailer about 5:30 pm.  Our friends Noni and Leonard Lund arrived with their 5th wheel just as we returned.  We have decided to stay another night here -- looking through the huge trade/flea market here at Traders Village tomorrow and pull out Monday morning, stopping at Nancy's house in Burleson, Texas and then will go on to Austin.  Have an RV park spotted just south of Austin.  Will do capitol tour either Monday afternoon late or early Tuesday morning.  Will be in Kenwood probably after lunch on Wednesday.

More later, Lynn
