Christmas Eve-Eve

La Feria, Texas - 62º with gusty winds.

These photos taken while I was riding the trike.  Have been doing 12 to 14 miles per day and it seems to be helping lower the blood sugar readings.

Above two photos and one at right are ladies working at the quilting at "Share & Care" on Thursday.

Thursday evening Robert was wearing the Santa hat and said it was bringing him good luck at Bean Bag Baseball, so Phyllis "borrowed" it.  Mixed results.

New set of steps with platform that Jake Ferguson made for Lolo Schoppe.

Saturday we took Bill & Darlene Winslow with us and went to this Christmas Tree display at the Harlingen Museum

Will end this with copy of photo I took from Karen Miles' Facebook page.  Kent loved anything John Deere and with this the first Christmas since he has passed she went all out in his memory.

Practiced this afternoon as Phyllis & I are in a quartet as part of a Christmas Eve Program at the Rec Hall tomorrow evening.  Then the big dinner that Phyllis is coordinating on Christmas Day.  Think she has something over 150 people that we are to set up tables for and have ham and turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy served as well as all the side dishes and deserts the people will bring.

Merry Christmas
Later, Lynn --- and Phyllis

    1. Not any ideas that she would really use. Terry, Phyllis, Lynn and Loris sang in the quartet tonight. See you Saturday. Lynn
